My operational background includes successfully building and leading ventures in Food, Telecom, and Fashion Retail.

• Full P&L Oversight: Strategic management of multi-brand budgets, COGS, and operational expenditures to deliver targeted EBIT/EBITDA.
• Strategic Business Development: Establishing market entry strategies, optimizing supply chains, and scaling distribution networks.
• Brand & Retail Operations: Leading high-performance retail teams and maintaining rigorous standards across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Shop-in-Shops (SIS).
Transforming the Indian Fashion Landscape at Bestseller
A highlight of my career was establishing and scaling Bestseller India. As a key architect, I was instrumental in rolling out the strategic plan for four major international brands—Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Only, and SELECTED.
This involved:
• Brand Building from Scratch: Successfully adapting global brand identities to the Indian consumer, ensuring rapid market acceptance and achieving household-wardrobe status for all four brands.
• Aggressive Market Expansion: Developing the retail and distribution architecture, overseeing the strategic launch and management of a significant network of stores and multi-brand partnerships.
• P&L & Financial Stewardship: Taking full ownership of the country P&L, defining key financial metrics, managing working capital, and ensuring sustainable, high-growth profitability amidst a competitive retail environment.
